My hypothesis is that there is a certain point in some N-dimensional space where all worlds converge together into a single packet ("qualia"), which, once transmitted through a radio receiver, inevitably results in a combinatorial explosion that either does/does not give rise to some emergent phenomena.
Qualia are neither true nor untrue, until a decision is made by an executive to incorporate the qualia into a trust network.
One can choose to trust any arbitrary source of information, even as one may choose to entertain any arbitrary stream of consciousness.

Double Blind is what makes RV significantly different from psychic functioning. Psychic functioning is when somebody may get insight into something with just having information pop into their mind while they’re discussing a murder case perhaps, but usually they have some knowledge of what they’re looking at.
Signal Gradus deficiency, front loading, regurgitate information back to you in a different package. To show that it was really psychic information.

Practicing RV is extremely important. Every human being thinks differently. Our minds all work differently. The way we frame information in our minds and use it is different from one person, you can’t make a statement that says “only this kind of information will occur with someone at this particular point in thinking” You have to allow for all kinds of possible information to pop up in somebody’s mind. The idea of being psyhchic is the bality to understand the symbology of the information. What does it mean when you get the image of a swimming pool? It almost never means that there’s a swimming pool, almost always means there’s perhaps a large container of fluid…you have to interpret how those symbolic pictures are popping into the mind, the rules can’t be hard and fast, the only rules you can make about RV are don’t jump to concljusions, don’t try to identify specifically what it is you’re talking about, just try to get the minimum facts that come into the mind.
The only way to discern if somebody is a world class psychic or a world class remote viewer, they have to actually do it, and they have to practice it ina repeatable way, over and over and over until it becomes second nature.
You have to learn how that muscle works, how your brain works.
Another person can’t say, this is a rule that’s always hard fast, if you get an image of an inverted V, it means a religious target. Maybe that’s applicable to 64% of the population, but for other populations it’s something else. The language of the subconscious mind is dynamic. Practice is required, practice or you lose it.
Translate, tube, ground level, contains fluid, fluid flows a certain direction, overhead satellite fotograph, 2-3 reports from on-site agents, that information may imply that there is an underground element to the target that no one knows about, take adequate steps to retarget, implements that supply the information necessary about the underground, never used alone, always used in conjunction with other intel.

Almost anyone who has some kind of direct alien contact experience deals with the large dark eyes and the almost featureless face. I can tell you from remote viewing is because all aliens wear what I call a skin-suit, a very form-fitted environmental suit which is used to protect their senses, their smell taste touch sight, everything about how they are influenced by our reality, for instance, the eyes have to be covered because many of the biologic threats they would be facing within our environment would be very damaging to them through the eyes, through the mucus of the eyes. So they wear these environmental suits, and these environmental suits are not meant to hide them, it’s meant to protect them and to give them some edge over their normal ability when they’re within our environment, within our bright sun, our starry night so to speak, versus theirs. Kind of like super-advanaced space suits. The other difficulty is catching them outside the environmental suits, which occurs within their own protected environment which is their ship, their vehicle. Their vehicle doesn’t have to do deep space travel, it only has to fold in and out through time space. The inside of their vechicle does protect them from the multivariant diseases and viruses and things that we have on our planet that they would become very quickly victim to.
Yes, their craft have crashed on occasion, here are some facts:

Every time serious discussion begins surrounding the other area in New Mexico, different crash site entirely, not Roswell. Whenever that site pops up, Roswell comes up. I think Roswell is a distractor, it’s meant to distract us from the actual crash site that occurred.
It’s very difficult targeting an alien craft. They have a very clear sense of when they’re being targeted psychically. In my case, they continually give me boxes within boxes. I started out with an impression, kind of a Y, three lines all intersecting, I was seeing the inside of the empty corner of a box, the empty corner of a box. Hand the kid a rattle and maybe he’ll get involved and be distracted. There are ways around that, the ways around it are to target things where they don’t expect you to be, that would be at some of the sites where alien vehicles might be spotted. In order to target one that actually has real aliens involved in it, that’s a pretty daunting task. Which ones are for real and which ones aren’t? Preliminarily speaking, RV can be used to weed out the less real from the real. Once you’ve done that, you can sort of get down to business and target real sites and get more information.
The object crashed because it collided with another vehicle, it collided with a plane, 1950, the actual vehicle itself was witnessed by 2 minors, the vehicle skipped along the ground like a Frisbee, before coming to rest, nose first, into the side of a hard rock kind of mesa. If you go there today you can actually see the imprint of the circular outer edge of the oblique vehicle just as it had been impacted into the side, you can see where the stone has been blasted away in all directions, you can see the other track marks from the military vehicles that came in to retrieve the vedhicle, they’re much nearer than the tractor trailers, it’s the middle of the desert where it never rains, you can still see the mining equip, the digging equip that the miners had. All the facts add up, except there’s nothing there, but it’s a very real site for me because it feels different, which is different from the other sites which don’t feel the same way to me, they don’t seem 100%.
